Below are several examples of treatment programmes. The actual Panchakarma – i.e. including treatments to cleanse the physiology - requires 8 days minimum of treatment on a first cure. Your personal treatment programme is decided according to your health condition and the length of time you can allow. We recommend arriving one day before
treatment starts and leaving one day after receiving the last treatment.
